Pros

Competitive compensation combined with meaningful responsibility makes the company highly engaging. The work has clear impact on the organization, which creates a strong sense of ownership and purpose. The office location is excellent and contributes positively to the day to day experience. Colleagues are diverse, highly capable, and bring a broad range of perspectives, which makes collaboration both effective and intellectually rewarding.

Cons

As a growing organization, processes and structures are still evolving, which can occasionally lead to ambiguity in priorities and ways of working. Like in many startups, the pace can be fast and requires adaptability as priorities shift.

Pros

Capalo is a great place to work if you want responsibility, ownership and the chance to build systems that have a real impact. In my day-to-day work, I get to work closely with both the product and the underlying data infrastructure, which makes the work feel meaningful and technically interesting. There is a strong culture of trust, and people are given room to take initiative, learn quickly and contribute beyond a narrow job description. I also appreciate the flexibility, open communication and the fact that the company’s mission in the energy sector is easy to get behind.

Cons

As with many fast-growing startups, processes and ways of working are still developing. Priorities can shift quickly and the pace can sometimes feel intense. This also means that you need to be comfortable with uncertainty, taking ownership and solving problems without everything being fully defined in advance.

Pros

Capalo AI is a genuinely good place to work. The team is competent and collaborative, and there's a clear sense of purpose behind what the company is building. Leadership is approachable, and you get real ownership over your work, which is refreshing. Flexibility is part of how the team operates day-to-day, and that's appreciated.

Cons

It's a startup, so some processes are still being figured out. Priorities can shift, and not everything is perfectly defined
