Everyone is pulling in the same direction! There is a strong sense of shared ambition and you can feel it in how people show up every day. The mission in the energy sector is easy to get behind and working across multiple markets makes the work dynamic and interesting.

Cons

The pace is fast and priorities can shift as the company grows. You need to be adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity. This is not a place where everything is predefined. For the right person that is a feature, not a bug.
