Pros
Leadership is very understanding. I have always been an extremely hard worker in every job but could not escape a rare case of negative feedback that i felt was unjust and failed to capture the nuisance of what happened. In contrast I have not have received any negative feedback in over a year since I started here. The most they will do is discuss an active client situation with you if something is going wrong and provide instruction. Friendly and progressive culture. The CEO himself is extremely nice and down to earth. The leadership team implements alot of great ideas continuously. They are constantly synthesizing and hiring for brand new positions. They make announcements internally when this happens and invite current workers to apply They often leave fresh bagels in the morning and once every few weeks will pay for everyones lunch. The team will decide where to order ( often nice places like panera bread) and you just need to tell them what you want and they will get it for you
Cons
None. Any personal criticisms/observations I have are not worth listing here because it would undercut how great it is to work at Capacity compared to other places.
