Pros
- You will get to work with some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Frankly, the people I work with and talk to day to day are more than just my co-workers, they're family. Life long connections can be made here. - Opportunity. With CapCenter being as big as it is and with as many offices as we have, there is plenty of room for growth. It may not seem that way now with the current rate environment we're in and how the economies doing, but we're just in the low part of the cycle right now. Once the economy/industry bounces back there will be plenty of room for growth, I'm sure. - Availability of resources. Granted, CapCenter is my first real adult job, but compared to the job I came from, I have so much available to me here. Numerous online resources are provided and the people are just an instant message away. I have no problem finding or getting what I need.
Cons
- Only thing I really have to say is, be prepared for the different cycles. Business can be booming and hot for awhile, but it eventually drops at a point - it's just the nature of the business. It has definitely been tough to see people come and go.
