      technology to do job was excellent. 401k plan and medical benefits were very good.

      Pros

      You can get a lot of overtime and get training on nearly everything in the plant and get tools provided

      Cons

      Its out in the sticks Its a difficult work environment its management is difficult to work with and not all equipment is properly maintained
