      Pros

      Hybrid work, private offices, stocked kitchen.

      Cons

      CHBA does not believe in ESA, will not pay legal overtime and questioning procedure will get you in trouble. The office overall does not work as one unit, everyone is on their own island with very little support or collaboration. In office days has everyone with their doors closed and very minimal collaboration.
