Pros
It has good work-life balance, unless you are on the sales side. people are generally here to retired, so if you are in the older age range, this is a great company for you.
Cons
Great for older staff, if you are very ambitious with your career, it can be very tricky unless you have very solid connections with senior leaderships, otherwise no one will look at you no matter how qualify you are.
