Pros

Great place to start a career. Ive been working at CDCORP for almost a year and I've grown here as a person more than the 4 years of College. Mike the CEO has over 20 years of experience in coaching and developing entry level personnel and turning them into successul business partners. They take a lot of pride in their culture where it creates a friendly family environment were it motivates you to go through some chanlenges that will turn you into a stronger and bigger person. If you want to start a career where you can gain personal development, upward mobility with stability and great culture , I recomend not to miss out on this opportunity.

Cons

Need to be driving, goal oriented and a go getter.

Pros

People are nice. They try to make mornings very active

Cons

-I worked here for 3 weeks-1 month and I saw 10 people quit in this time. -There are ZERO benefits. You have to pay for your gas (territories are often almost an hour away), no health insurance, no dental nor eye insurance, no 401 K, no PTO, no lunches (you have to eat at restaurants everyday) -You work from 7:30 am to the hour that the boss wants you to work for. Sometimes is more than 12 hours at the field. -100% commission and the average of sales you close per week are 3. -If you don`t close 3 sales from Monday through Friday, you MUST work on Saturdays. -They use the same scrip for hiring people. Mike would talk with you and tell you that you are amazing and that he would not pass your resume to corporate because he has the power to decide if you can work for them. And then you are offered the job on the spot (after the second interview) -They play favorites on some people and make decisions based on what these think and not on what is established by the company. -You go to businesses without them expecting you. So yes, people are going to hate you as soon as you enter in job places.

Reviewer, We are appreciative of the feedback left, as we always look to improve as an organization and for our people. Thank you for noting that the team was nice and the environment active. While we're glad to know that you were with us for a month, we know we did not have 10 people leave our company in that duration of time. While turnover is common in sales, we work to manage ours by focusing on hiring the right people. We offer an optional benefits plan but that is only available after 90 days employment with the company. If this was not properly explained during orientation, we apologize for the miscommunication. You are correct in that we do not pay for our team member's lunches but going out to eat every day is excessive. That seems like a personal choice. Believe it or not, we do think everyone is special or else we wouldn't hire them. Part of developing people is building up their self-confidence and helping them see their talents and abilities. We're sorry we don't share the same viewpoint that everyone shouldn't be made to feel special. Our strategy for hiring and developing better business leaders works, so we will stick with it. Everyone is important in the company, undoubtedly, but there are some people who's performance allows them greater responsibility and influence in the company. This is normal for any organization. All in all, we appreciate the feedback and wish you luck in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Campaign Development Corp Management Team
