Pros
Caltronics has had it's ups and downs over the years, but things are now the best they've been since I started working here. We are now working together as a team rather than a select few making decisions that were often based on emotions. The culture has increased drastically as well and a lot of us enjoy coming to work.
Cons
Insurance plan could be better Being understaffed causes our workload to be overwhelming at times
