      Lots of new clients, great quality products, new leadership team that is helping shape things. Company is growing and the ownership is working to figure out how to best take care of their employees. The team all likes each other after some ups and downs in the recent past.

      Cons

      Leadership should think twice before talking. Need more employees but finding new employees to build the team has been difficult. The company is growing and managing the growth has been a bit chaotic.

      Pros

      Good team, good variety of work, reasonable expectations from management. It's been fun watching the company grow, going from "shooting from the hip" as a small shop to a much more process-oriented company. Commitment from the owners and management to continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Small company benefits. Company-improvement projects can be overwhelming at times since capacity is always a step behind growth.
