Pros

The team lead and supervisors are supportive. Understanding life happens.

Cons

Pay, PTO, NO sick days, NO FMLA if you don't live in South Carolina, No vacation, you do get performance pay but I have never known any on to get the full amount. The QA you to death (which affects your performance pay) The turnover is very high.

Thank you for the feedback. We value your insight . We are glad to hear you've had a positive experience with management. To clarify and touch on some of your concerns, all employees full-time and part-time accrue PTO which accounts for sick and vacation time. FMLA is a federal requirement with laws shaped around it and if a state we operate in does not meet the standards, we do offer other leave options and follow all ADA laws. We do offer a healthy incentive program which has proven successful and many of our agents benefit from it. Wages are evaluated annually and changes/increases are handled accordingly. Lastly, we strive in recognizing our employees strengths and advancement opportunities for operations, training, and many of our other departments are handled internally.
