They are slave drivers.

Pros

Was work from home. Had a good bonus structure for retention but got fizzled out due to jealousy of the other depts.

Cons

They treat outsiders as slaves. They make outsiders work for 500 usd since 2022 - 2024 there has been no slight increase whatsoever. Every single week there was some new arbitrary rule to hinder performance being it's a call center toxic work environment. Most of the head of the department is eastern European so they have solidarity for themselves. If you have a problem or somehow can't log in to your system then that's on you because if they see that they can't flip a switch or press a button, they will ghost you into oblivion. I had a Supervisor. It had only been my second month being on her team and immediately she sent out a message alerting the entire group "if you do not have 100% kpi score there will be corrective measures taken which would be termination of employment. The previous year around this time (August 2023) they had already fired 40+ workers as a "mass layoff" in which no prior warning was given. Only thing was they workers were on calls at the time and got booted of the system and blocked from both Skype and Slack so there's no one there to tell them they were fired. If you feel the need to have your concerns heard and would like to speak to HR then good luck. Nothing will happen and you'll just become an enemy of the state. I used to feel so bad having to lie to our clients that "no we weren't calling you 16× a day" even though we were and if you place them on the DNC list within 30 minutes they would automatically be placed back into the auto dialer system. It got so bad we'd just unintentionally call those clients because there's nothing else we could do.
