Pros

You won’t believe what I’m about to tell you. Our CEO is always ready to help us whenever possible. I sent him a message asking if we would be paid for working overtime. His quick response stunned me. He assured our AI Team that there is no limit to the number of hours we can work and that we will still be paid. That’s very humble, especially coming from a CEO. I am truly impressed with this workplace, and I would love to work here for a long time. They also respect my obsession for taking on as many tasks as possible.

Cons

Honestly, no negative experiences :)

Pros

Don't recommend this job. It is a waste of time. 0 in organization and 0 in transparency.

Cons

I have four years of experience in cold calling, Setting up appointments for Real estate luxury companies, I have worked in Solar Pannels company setting up many valid appointments and I've never seen a place that demands so much just to schedule a valid appointment. The worst part is that you call and practically all the clients tell you they already have a new roofs; (if you've been successful, well, good for you). This was the second time I've worked for them, and I won't make the same mistake again. You never know where you'll end up, because if you're not productive, not selling (which is unfair because the leads were Awfull, but they insisted that nothing was wrong), they simply fire you without warning, without any feedback (feedback is necessary to help identify areas for improvement, which is what's usually done in any call center). They simply remove you from all CRM systems and programs without notifying you; they kick you out like a street dog. I have sent them more than 10 emails, and they are ignoring me. My advice: if you're going to apply, think twice before you do.
