      Entire organization is 100% dedicated to helping each other while achieving excellence together. The atmosphere is incredible the amount of care sans dedication throughout is phenomenal.

      Cons

      The company’s benefits could be better, no % towards health insurance and there’s not a 401k match.

      Pros

      The people who work below middle management are great.

      Cons

      Do not have personal or private conversations in the office or around the office, go outside or to your car to have a private conversation. They have cameras in the office and around desks. Senior leadership cannot be trusted as they have recorded conversations and private meetings with their phones. They can not be trusted. Do not go to H.R. they are not your friend and not there to protect you.
