Pros

Strong emphasis through employees, not leadership, on teamwork across departments encourages innovative solutions and shared success .

Cons

Venture Capital Nightmare. No company culture. Leadership don't want to be bothered to training you. Bait and Switch on Benefits, Commissions and Bonuses. If you are not part of the elite 10 in leadership, you are just a number to them.

Pros

My co-workers and immediate manager were helpful and great to work with.

Cons

Senior Management was underexperienced and unqualified for the most part. Five Months into the winter season, management decided to change the bonus structure reducing my pay by over 10,000 dollars. I had to escalate too the CEO before any resolution was reached. I then found other employment but extended my last day to finish the winter season and do right by Caliber. However they never paid my winter bonus even after I stayed to finish the season and help them out. Not be trusted.
