      I thought this was going to be a great place to work but...talk is cheap!

      Cons

      Training was not even completed nor did they give me a chance to prove how good I was! I emailed for a reason, after they fired me via email, and they wouldn't give me a reason but..."it's not a good fit!"

      Pros

      Using 48th Parallel beans is a plus Some of the baked goods are pretty tasty

      Cons

      The owners determine tip-out, basing it off of not hours worked, but their preference for the individuals (owners shouldn't ever touch tips). They don't care about your schedule, mental health, or personal needs so long as their bottom line is met. Their relationship with highly questionable autism "charities" is dubious and harmful to ND communities (nothing for us without us)
