Pros

Good Benefit's, Ok working hours, Great people in OTHER departments

Cons

Well where should I start Probably the worst casino to be employed by in Blackhawk and if you have a family emergency or like getting fair raises then don't work here. My Mother in Law passed and they would not allow me to attend the funeral scheduled me to work the entire week of the funeral with no days off, then for over SIX MONTHS they promised everyone raises only two of us were not included myself who became disabled due to physical illness and the only hispanic male on my shift who had been there just as long as me. every one else received a raise. I walked out a week later with both middle fingers in the air.

Pros

Peers and teammates are supportive of each other. For a digital organization, the pay was very good but I believe they've significantly reduced salaries. Some of the managers were very good.

Cons

The Caesars Digital team operated in a flat organization, where some GMs were trying to actively manage teams of 75-150 individuals. Career growth is almost non-existent as a result. C-suite management was non-existent and came from finance or hospitality backgrounds. Org success was purely tied to annual EBITDA and without understanding of how a digital/engineering organization should be run, resulting in disconnected employees (most of whom were remote), lack of scalable structure, and zero oversight.
