      Pros

      I thought that the department I was in (and the company at large) was generally a good place to work at. I enjoyed working with the people there.

      Cons

      Leadership at times felt unclear, and I thought that my compensation was also on the low-end compared to what I could find at similar organizations hiring for similar roles.
