Pros
Great coworkers and customers with decent pay. Cabela's worked well with my schedule. Same level outfitters had each other's back, and with one notable exception the team leads were also fantastic people and leaders.
Cons
Management cares more about selling the club card than selling inventory or the customer experience. They would print and highlight reviews talking about poor customer service while ignoring the reviews understandably complaining about being pressured into getting the club card. Benefits are designed to appeal to short term employees, it seemed like long term outfitters were less appreciated by corporate.
