      Pros

      Working with very friendly and knowledgeable coworkers. I was able to handle and learn about many different firearms.

      Cons

      The GM had the mentality that anyone could do our jobs. This is a terrible mindset to have when dealing with firearms and federal background checks. The pay was not good. Little room for advancement. Understaffed and stressful environment. Especially during the weekends. Club Card apps were the only metric management really cared about.

      Excellent work environment, wonderful co-workers, ability to grow with the company and shift departments if desired, and okay pay.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, tend to work most holidays.

      Poor training on first week, no feedback. Supervision was subpar - no soft skills or leadership qualities.
