Pros
the only thing would be to look at the cool hunting and fishing stuff that you might like to buy. Meeting other outfitters that have the same interest as you.
Cons
Everything.. Management can not manage their way out of a paper bag... The worst thing I would say is pushing the credit card on customers. If we did not get a certain amount of people to sign up for the card we would get written up...if we didnt get a certain amount of people signed up the second month we would have to go through training on how to push it...
