To address your concerns: Our Financial Advisors' have a unique compensation structure when it is compared to other similar positions within the industry, our employees enjoys a compensation that includes a monthly tiered income, commission, bonus, and a pension system based on years of service. As of 2015, our company is at an 89% retention rate which is the highest in the market. Our employees are happy with the level of support they get from management, the culture, and the numerous business opportunities that we have for our advisors. To better service our clients, besides insurance, we have now expanded our business services and opportunities to include: general insurance, investments, banking solutions, mortgages, real estate and immigration and are anticipating to add more to our services and product lines. At CWF Group, we provide a holistic view of our clients’ financial portfolio. As for discouraging our advisors to speak with the partners, since we have over 84 business partners, unfortunately, with the limited amount of time, not every advisor is able to speak with all our partners. However we have encouraged all our partners to come more frequently and meet with our advisors more to help build relationships with them.
