High pace environment that is open for growth and teaching. CWF Group Inc. has a very good company culture, where everyone is very helpful and friendly. Even though you work on clients' cases on your own, many of your peers or the management team will provide you with the tips, training and past experience necessary to close the case. I would say that the knowledge and experience that you would obtain in this company in one year is equivalent to working at other financial institutions in 3 or 4 years. I am very excited to be working for a powerhouse in finance, not to mention one of the most entertaining and fun companies that I have worked for. You would definitely be recognized and be rewarded in this company the harder you work and more time you dedicate yourself to it.

CWF Group Inc. is a very good company to step into the financial world. But its not a job for everyone. Without prior working experience at any other companies and good working habits, one would find it hard to survive. But if you do have these criteria, it is a very entertaining and worthwhile job!

It's a great opportunity ONLY for smart people who knows exactly what they are doing and why they are doing this. This job is not for everyone, and lots of people quit because they don't know what they are doing or can't even support their living. Only hard-working people who actually achieved results will be rewarded, hard-working without getting results won't be financially supported. Employees have to pay their own business expenses for booths\trade show\advertisement\rent\etc., success in this business requires some sacrifice.
