Pros
I am a medium term employee with CSols having been here for almost 7 years. Every company must be profit driven or it will not survive. What sets CSols apart in my mind is the way the employees are treated at every turn. Employees are respected and listened to and where it is possible assignments are matched with a persons desires and goals in mind.
Cons
Working remotely I very seldom get to meet and interact with my colleagues on a personal level. Being able to do that more often would be desirable to improve and strengthen relationships with team members that I may be working with on some future project.
