      Pros

      I have worked for this company for over 20 years and I can honestly say that I have never regretted coming to work. Every day is different and brings a new set of challenges. It keeps you on your toes daily and in my field, technology changes daily so you have to stay on top of things to succeed.

      Cons

      Not a big con, but the amount of passion that needs to be with the job can be very high and should be. The more passionate you are about the job the more it will consume you.

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
