      Pros

      Railroad culture, corporate atmosphere, diverse culture, never gets boring. There are lots of jobs, in all different areas, great if you like to travel.

      Cons

      Management can drag feet, long hours, slow to move on ideas. Often chases tail on big interdepartmental projects with lots of people involved.

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
