      Better than unemployment or welfare

      Cons

      Hours are terrible, company policies are ludicrous, Treatment of employees is an absolute disgrace. The company does not honor the union contract and they treat customers nearly as bad as employees.

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
