      Pros

      Doing something different every day, good people to work with. Have to use critical thinking skills in some situations. A good safe work environment.

      Cons

      Not enough spots for new hires on extra board. I believe they need to go to the bid system so new hires are not sitting at home all the time waiting to get called for work. A lot of complainers that need to be thankful for having a job.

      Great pay and benefits PTO

      Cons

      Long hours and terrible work environment Training is inadequate On call 24/7 with only 2hr notice No holiday pay for road jobs Newer guys/ low seniority never know where they are going to work week to week No overtime potentially if on long mileage run and will still work 12 hours Very stressful job with a lot of responsibility Lots of time away from home and never have a consistent sleep schedule
