      Pros

      I've been employed here a while and Im starting to see a lot of positive changes in the culture. Pay is above average; retirement is awesome.

      Cons

      New benefits (medical) needs to be changed. Don't really like it that much but still better than most I would say.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits every day is different.

      Cons

      Long hours, tedious job, can be boring. Being away from home for multiple days at a time. Must be avaliable for on call work 24/7.
