Feeling like you matter. One of the company's driving principles are to be good people. You see that exemplified in every level management to coworkers and how we handle our customers.
Cons
Not a huge diverse group in N. America. We have offices in EMEA, South America, and India, but in the US, it's very white, male, and straight. Id love to see more women, minorities and LGBT inclusiveness.
