Pros

Enjoying your job is like 90 precent who your boss is. CSC overall has fantastic leaders. Almost all issues I have seen they focus on the customer experiance and work ethic and NOT about what the cost of a mistake is or who's fault it was. My current boss is the best in the world so no issues here.

Cons

I have seen people get in trouble for having their family sit quietly in the break room for an hour. I think this should be totally allowed and encouraged unless it is a daily thing or issue. Usually the company is down to earth and human, but sometimes people would get talked to about family stopping by the office. This should be allowed and even encrouaged.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
