CSC is financially stable and regardless what obstacles arise, they will remain on the path of becoming the industry leader in the digital asset management and cyber security space.
Cons
Every employee completes CSC Workplace surveys. Nevertheless, they influence little change. The morale across key contributing teams has reached an ultimate low. Managers are required to provide feedback on their leader's performance; however, they never receive the opportunity. Therefore, morale will continue to decline, and great employees will leave. CSC will continue to win the Top Workplace in Delaware, but those results would not be the same across other global locations....
