My team was awesome! I worked in the Lewisville location and the people there were very kind to me.

Cons

Trainers were HORRIBLE and I was stuck with the worst manager. They set me up for failure, lack of support from both sides. Luckily everything was documented

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
