Pros
Within the IT department, your co-workers and managers are very kind, welcoming and helpful. You won't be micromanaged, very little oversight of your day to day if you are producing/hitting expectations. The systems / tools they use are very basic - there will be no advanced/tricky problems just things that take a bit of planning to get done.

Low starting salary If they could outsource your job overseas for cheaper, they probably would
