Pros
There's a very good bonus program (for all with average and above reviews) as well as stock incentives for high performers. Insurance is ok (PPO - 80% - but STD is also just 80% and not 100%). Hybrid WFH - 2 days a week in the office. Flex time (for most)
Cons
It's a very political company. Promotions are based on both that and skill/experience. Some are fast tracked - some never see promotions. How you do often depends on the political clout of your management.
