Pros
Smart people (mostly), industry is evolving and challenging, have great products and services, the largest exchange but still has growth mentality, and always new things to learn (products, customers, technology, etc.)
Cons
Internal politics, over-processed for not that large of a company (2700 people acting like a 15,000 people firm sometimes), management not always aligned with each other, silos in work approach despite strides to (en)force collaboration.
