Upward mobility and promotion IS VERY POOR at CME. They don't tell you much on your career growth and how you can get promoted. They always say they try, but they don't. Many bright young people tend to look else where if they want to advance their career. - HR is very pointless and not helpful. - Lack of transparency (they say they are, but they are not) - Sudden layoffs can happen here
