      Good compensation, good benefit, pretty decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Office politics. Completely depends on whether the manager likes you or not, if they like you. you can do no wrong. if they don't you are screwed, even if you do the exact same thing as the other guy/gal. he/she can get a pass, you will be put on performance review.
