We’re sorry to hear you’re feeling this way. That’s not the IT organization we’ve come to know and many of your observations do not reflect the experiences of the majority of our employees. Our Employee Network Group (ENG) program is one of many initiatives aimed at supporting diversity, inclusion and professional development in the workplace. We currently have seven ENGs focused on meeting the needs of our diverse workforce including female, black, Hispanic and gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees. We also continue to take the pulse of our employees through our bi-annual engagement survey, with the last company-wide survey occurring in 2015 and the next one scheduled for later this summer.
