As for cuts are made in preparation of the India Data Center that will ramp up late 2016, the workload increases and leads to burnout. A lot of middle managers are still there that do not know the business nor are they technical, but know enough to sound knowledgeable in meetings and fool senior management. They are only worried about themselves.
