      Pros

      Great culture organization. Professional staff and coworkers to work with. Different projects to work on, so each one is completely unique. Company invests a lot of money in its employees (training, certifications, diplomas).

      Cons

      Not very good salary. New employees enter to the company with an outsource organization (without complete company's benefits and bonuses). Bureaucratic processes and procedures.

      Pros

      There is a wide range of engineering areas to start or follow a technological career, specially if you pursue a doctorate grade or you are doctor in engineer or a PHD. You will find great people and highly trained partners with the best working environment and also specialized equipment and laboratories of a number of areas. If you are a researcher you will have a good place to develop and find students and collaborations inside and outside the organization.

      Cons

      Low pay comparing to industry or international companies. Because of it is a governmental organization this implies some bureaucracy and sometimes missing clear goals or resources. Permanent jobs are very scarce.
