You will find great people and highly trained partners with the best working environment and also specialized equipment and laboratories of a number of areas. If you are a researcher you will have a good place to develop and find students and collaborations inside and outside the organization.
Cons
Low pay comparing to industry or international companies. Because of it is a governmental organization this implies some bureaucracy and sometimes missing clear goals or resources. Permanent jobs are very scarce.
