      fun to work with customers and get to know different visa requirements

      ever ending demands from management, work like a machine, very stressful and high pressured, no time to rest, get headache every day after work. totally not worth the pay for the amount of the work. more than 50% turn over rate.

      The people I worked for and with were great - no complaints at all

      Cons

      Management is not really there to bat for you - they are just as powerless as the rest of employees (non management). Not transparency and loyalty means nothing. All for profit companies are similar in that they are there to make money, profit, grow and stay in business, but there are those that know how to take care of their employees and then there is CIBT. Sorry to say that they are poorly managed at the highest level - there is no human side to this organization. Maybe they care but they have a funny way of showing it.
