Pros

CHEP has been an incredibly rewarding place to work. The people are genuinely supportive, collaborative, and values-led, which creates a culture of psychological safety and shared success. The location is great, and the flexible working options make balancing life and work easy. In my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to lead meaningful initiatives, shape capability programs, and feel like I’m making a real difference across teams. It’s a company that encourages learning, storytelling, and helping others grow.

Cons

One of the challenges is that there are quite a few late adopters when it comes to new technologies or digital tools. This can sometimes lead to resistance to change or slower adoption of new ways of working. That said, the openness to feedback is there, and many teams are starting to embrace more modern, agile approaches.

Pros

Provided unlimited safety equipment, ie gloves, ear plugs etc and new boots every year. They have a good benefits package with good health insurance. They work with you when situations come up. They'll give you opportunities for advancement. They literally bend over backwards for you. If you can't make it there, you need to do a little self reflection.

Cons

The only one I can think of is what happened to us. They'll sell out to a 3rd party company and your out of a job.

Pros

Good office location, nothing else that I can think of.

Cons

US Office: Favoritism, an unethical leadership culture within the Spanish leadership team, violations of the code of conduct by leaders themselves, and a lack of soft skills in leadership. Actions are being driven by personal preferences and grudges held by Spanish leaders rather than professionalism and fairness. HR department is just a joke.
