      Pros

      Global company with adequate training resources, good local teams to work with outside of Mississauga/Brampton.

      Cons

      Low pay (indexed to Toronto), and the most political workplace you'll ever experience. Promotions, bonuses, terminations entirely based on who the directors and HR like. Insecure, petty and childish behavior among directors, VP, and President. Many of the good, experienced employees have left.

      Pros

      benefits are quite good for a family. People are great within their own departments.

      Cons

      Canada Human Resources are a mickey mouse operation. No one has a clue what they do but HR team grows continually and is unable to respond within a timely manner. Anyone with a little common sense can do this. Payroll errors. poor planning overall in this department. Disatisfaction in office and warehouse. Unrealistic deadlines and objectives. No work life balance...although HR will inform you otherwise. Expect to work evenings and weekends to catch up or take work home.
