      Pros

      Good benefits and some decent people

      Cons

      Used to be a great place to work but in recent years has really lost its way. Confusing and paper thin strategy. Too much “over the shoulder” management and too many people in high positions that really shouldn’t be. High level focus by senior leadership on areas that are poorly communicated and widely misunderstood by the front line staff

      Pros

      Provided unlimited safety equipment, ie gloves, ear plugs etc and new boots every year. They have a good benefits package with good health insurance. They work with you when situations come up. They'll give you opportunities for advancement. They literally bend over backwards for you. If you can't make it there, you need to do a little self reflection.

      Cons

      The only one I can think of is what happened to us. They'll sell out to a 3rd party company and your out of a job.
