      Pros

      Pay, Benefits, that is really it.

      Cons

      Weak leadership, no clear direction, no loyalty, frat like politics. Promote their buddies to fake roles that have no clear direction. NO JOB SECURITY. Every employee is on their 2nd or 3rd time working for them because they were fired once already. It’s sad. They managed the business so poorly that they needed to cut 200+ jobs in July. They are on their 3rd president in 2 years and they continue to hire and fire as fast as the pallets that come through their facilities.

      Pros

      Provided unlimited safety equipment, ie gloves, ear plugs etc and new boots every year. They have a good benefits package with good health insurance. They work with you when situations come up. They'll give you opportunities for advancement. They literally bend over backwards for you. If you can't make it there, you need to do a little self reflection.

      Cons

      The only one I can think of is what happened to us. They'll sell out to a 3rd party company and your out of a job.

      Pros

      Amazing people, and benefits. I’ve had some really strong leaders at this company that have helped me grow. This is a fast paced environment.

      Cons

      High level leadership sometimes does not communicate the long term vision well. Getting pulled in different directions.
