Pros

They had a pretty poor reputation with the old management but new management seems to be trying. I also really liked the people I work with, probably one of the friendliest and most welcoming place I started.

Cons

Diversity within senior leadership. It is an ad agency issue but probably shouldn’t hide behind it being an industry thing and try to do more
