Call of a hr Specialist asking about previous experiences and skilss related to the job. Firs phone call and then relation by mail. Then call with Hiring Manager not very serious.
Interviewers were friendly but felt unprepared. Interview was an informal process that lacked clarity on expectations of role. Felt as though they were ‘seeing who’s around’ rather than actively looking to fill a role.

Dealt with a recruiter before having two interviews. One with the head of the division I interviewed for, the other with someone from Senior Management. Both were very relaxed interviews.
