      Great atmosphere, family friendly, great work/life balance, gives credit and praise regularly, business dress code is relaxed, good benefits, will set personal goals/incentives

      Cons

      compensation leans low, company vision is sometimes confusing, no regular reviews or cost of living raises, mild favoritism, at times too much internal run around, not always ready to take the role of expertise and make firm recommendations and instead takes client feedback too literally.

      Pros

      Family first, and very flexible work environment. Brent and Gwen truly care about the quality of the work that CGI produces. Project management team is great, and never miss a beat, making life as a creative much easier when you have all of the tools/information needed at the outset of a project. Account managers do an awesome job of client relations and securing new business.

      Cons

      Workflow could be streamlined with project management software. What CGI has works well, but there could be gained efficiencies.
